We understand your needs before preparing a scoped quote. Future proposals are in USD; scope, deliverables, timing and terms are agreed separately. An enquiry is non-binding, not a purchase or booking.

What we do

Engineering around your organisation’s workflow.

From process discovery and integration to bespoke applications, AI assistance, embedded engineering and ongoing improvement. The right engagement may be a configuration change, not a new application.

What we do

Six ways to improve how work gets done.

Choose the simplest useful approach. These are engagement concepts; staffing, scope, permissions and acceptance are agreed before work begins.

Process discovery and redesign

Repeated exceptions, duplicate entry and unclear approvals.

Proposed work: Interview process owners using redacted samples; compare configure, buy, integrate and build before choosing a pilot.

Outputs: Current/future process maps, a baseline, permission map, options brief and bounded pilot acceptance criteria.

Limits / unsuitable fit: Production access is separately agreed. A fit inquiry is not a booked or completed diagnostic.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

AI systems and assistants

Unstructured documents or knowledge retrieval where human review and evaluation are possible.

Proposed work: Compare deterministic automation, retrieval/generation assistance and bounded agents. Evaluate citations, injection resistance, cost/latency, rollback and provider portability.

Outputs: Architecture, evaluation cases/report, tool permissions, escalation design and operating runbook as contracted.

Limits / unsuitable fit: MCP connectivity, multimodal inputs and multi-agent coordination are evaluated options, not verified connectors or deployed capabilities.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

Bespoke business software

Internal workflows, customer/partner portals or differentiated applications that justify lifetime ownership cost.

Proposed work: Agree design/accessibility, data model, permissions, integrations, acceptance, deployment and maintenance responsibilities.

Outputs: Workflow/UI prototype, architecture, ownership terms, acceptance tests, documentation and handover as contracted.

Limits / unsuitable fit: Do not build when a standard product fits. Custom development is not universally cheaper or faster than SaaS.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

Modernization and integrations

Useful systems exist, but information and approvals do not connect.

Proposed work: Read-only discovery → sandbox integration → reconciliation → controlled cutover → monitored rollback readiness.

Outputs: Dependency map, integration contract, migration/reconciliation tests, rollback and exit plan as contracted.

Limits / unsuitable fit: Access, vendor API support, identity mapping and data ownership must be confirmed. System names are examples, not installed integrations.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

Forward-deployed engineering

A named process owner can work alongside an engineering team on a bounded delivery problem.

Proposed work: Compare scoped project delivery, time-bounded embedded engineering and fractional architecture leadership by responsibility and exit plan.

Outputs: Working increment, decisions, shared backlog, acceptance evidence, training and handover as contracted.

Limits / unsuitable fit: Staffing is agreed per engagement. Expert partners are introduced only when confirmed and with permission; no guaranteed capacity.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

Managed operation and improvement

A documented service needs maintenance, monitoring or measured workflow improvement with a responsible owner.

Proposed work: Assess health/cost monitoring, incident handling, evaluation regressions, security maintenance and dependency updates; offer handover alternatives.

Outputs: Service inventory, runbook, escalation plan, review report, maintenance backlog and recovery exercises as contracted.

Limits / unsuitable fit: Conditional on agreed scope and staffing. Support hours, response commitments, access and escalation belong in a support plan; no 24/7 coverage is promised.

Evidence: Proposed engagement · reviewed 17 October 2026. Outputs are contractual scope, not delivered-customer proof.

Three delivery forms

Interface where it helps — none where it doesn’t.

Background automation in existing tools

An API or headless service works inside the systems people already use — a ticket queue, ledger or inbox. No new screen is a deliberate choice, not a universal goal: people still need visible approvals, progress, recovery and evidence where they already work.

Embedded conversational or task-adaptive UI

A text or voice panel, or an interface generated for the task at hand, inside an existing product. Generated views still need accessible structure, keyboard operation, clear state and a way to correct or stop the task.

A full bespoke application

Built only when the workflow needs its own records, roles and screens that configuration or integration cannot reasonably provide. Ownership, support and exit terms are agreed before build.

Whichever form fits, human-visible approval, accessibility, progress, recovery and evidence remain requirements.

Choose before building

Buy, configure, adapt open source, integrate — or build selectively.

Configure or buy
When standard workflows and existing products fit, retain them.
Adapt open source
When a maintained project fits most of the need: review licence obligations (source availability is not unrestricted rights), security and dependencies, upgrade and fork maintenance, ownership/portability terms, and total operating and exit cost.
Integrate
When good systems exist but information or approvals do not connect.
Build selectively
When differentiation, recurring exceptions or ownership justify lifetime cost.
Stop or defer
When ownership, permitted data, baseline or acceptance are missing, do not start a build; agree evidence gathering or leave the workflow unchanged.
Choose the simplest automation
Stable rules favour deterministic automation. Unstructured inputs may justify evaluated AI assistance. Agent actions require credible permissions, verification and recovery.

Compare discovery, software, retained SaaS seats, integration, migration, human review, security, support, inference, downtime and exit costs. Licence cancellation alone is not net savings.

How software is paid for

Seats, consumption, outcomes or a hybrid.

These are models in the market, not offers. We do not list service prices. Future USD proposals follow understanding your needs; scope and terms require agreement. Compare engagement options on the pricing page; no outcome-based price or guarantee is offered.

Seats
Per-user licences. Retained SaaS seats and custom systems commonly coexist; adding a custom layer does not imply cancelling them.
Consumption
Usage-based charges such as model calls or runs. Consumption measures activity, not a completed result.
Verified outcomes
A fee per accepted result. Possible only after the accepted-result definition and the safeguards below are agreed in writing.
Hybrid
A platform or fixed fee plus usage or outcome components, often with caps. Commercial fees are not the same as customer value.

Before any outcome-based contract

  • Accepted result: what system evidence and which reviewer confirm completion
  • Quality window: how long a result must hold before it counts
  • Reopen, retry and double-count rules
  • Exclusions: cases outside scope or caused by upstream systems
  • Attribution: what share of a result the assistant actually produced
  • Human review: which decisions stay with accountable people
  • Spend caps: maximum usage and fee per period

The illustrative scenario calculator separates cash from capacity; it is not a pricing or savings promise.

Start with a concrete workflow, not a technology label.

These workflows are proposals, not client results. Engagement responsibilities, approved access, deliverables, operating hours, handover and exit terms are agreed in writing. No certification, permanent roster, availability or commercial price is established by this index.
